Feeling Healthier on this New Year

I feel healthier now. These are the benefits i am reaping from trying to live each day with mindful healthy choices. Sleep is better. My body clock was better. My body wakes up after a full rest which is usually 7-8 hrs. Getting enough sleep gives my body enough rest and energy for the whole day ahead. Good sleep=good mood My mood was better. I don’t get irritated fast. I don’t get stressed fast. Its easy for me to smile or laugh about things that usually stresses me or irritates me. My mind is clearer. An active lifestyle definitely helps my mind to think and see clear of situations I face on a daily. Less sickly. I still get sick and my allergic rhinitis still regularly visits me. But i noticed that i get by a lot easier now than before.  I feel more connected with my body physically. One would think that you know your body because you're the one living in it.
